JUNK plot details (from the back cover): A successful government experiment sets the stage for an onslaught of angry, flesh-eating zombies in this fast-paced thrill ride from Japan. Four amateur thieves rob a jewelry store and make a deal with the local Yakuza to sell their stolen jewels. The meeting place is an old abandoned military base on the outskirts of Tokyo. It isn't long before the group is attacked by the reanimated dead. The Yakuza show up to buy the jewels with the expectations of completing their illegal transaction. Once there, they're faced with the same problem the thieves had to contend with--hordes of the undead with a taste for human flesh. The military realizes there's absolute chaos at the abandoned military base, so they decide to try their hand against the zombies in an unbelievably bloody finale that will make horror and action fans squeal with delight. Director Atsushi Muroga does an outstanding job paying homage to classics such as Dawn of the Dead, Zombie, Re-Animator and Reservoir Dogs.
