Welcome to ST's
Video Catalogue! Now, to explain this area briefly, as a diehard
horror film buff and devotee of the exploitation film genre, the Video
Catalogue is here as a way for me to "share" some of the
awesome finds and rare little nuggets of trash cinema history that I've
been able to find over the years.
Now, while I originally started off collecting
mostly just rare horror and classic exploitation films (a task that become
a bit easier with the advent of the internet), I've always had an interest
in the "damsels in distress" theme--one which pretty much goes
hand-in-hand with the whole horror and exploitation theme--and as my video
collection started growing larger I later began searching for more
adult-oriented titles as well, ones I had seen mentioned in forums or
magazines and often termed as "classic" or "long
lost". Before I knew it, I found I had actually built up quite
a large collection of rare and hard-to-find films over the
years--including several titles which I had thought I would never find
because they were thought to be so rare. So it occurred to me... why
not share some of these rarities with other film fans? That is the
reason for this video library.
Now, in the links guide at the left is a small
but varied assortment of video categories comprising some of the
titles I've been able to find over the years, and while many other
"video" sites have many more titles and many more categories,
that is not my reason for doing this. Stray
Thoughts is first and foremost an erotica
site (an adult story site), but, I figured why not combine these two separate things--two of
my "hobbies", if you will--into one single fun website?
So, hence the reason for the addition of the video library. It might
not be the largest video collection around... but it does have lots of
nice and rare titles.
As previously mentioned, ST
is primarily a story site so the
assortment of video categories is somewhat small, and basically reflects
my personal interests in horror and exploitation films and also some of my
newer interests such as bondage and the like. There is also a bit of
adult Euro fare (European women are sexy, no?), and some vintage adult
titles sprinkled here and there to spice things up and add a bit of
variety to the categories.
That being said, some video "genres"
are NOT available here and I won't "trade" in any of these
areas: "RAPE", BESTIALITY,
"SCAT", etc. Again, ST
does not offer these video categories, and any inquiries about them will
be politely turned away or ignored.
Now, with that out of the way, please feel free
to have a look at the available video categories, and for those wishing to
order any titles, pretty much any question can be answered by clicking the
"Ordering/Shipping Info" link to the left. If, by
chance, you have a question that you can't find the answer for, feel free
